Working safely at heights is only possible when your machines are safe. As a supplier of solutions in aerial work platforms, Manlift offers a maintenance service. Manlift offers two types of maintenance: a basic contract and an extended contract.
Regular maintenance
It is possible to contract for a longer period, up to five years. If desired this could include maintenance, repair, spare parts, call out, a number of malfunctions per year and a replacing machine. The price of your contract depends on the age and type of your machine. Excluded from a maintenance agreement are batteries, chargers, tires and relays.
Breakdown support
Our technical support team is available 24/7 to get you up and running again in case of disruptions due to breakdowns or damages. With depots in multiple locations in each of the countries we operate in, our skilled technicians are always close by and can respond fast. Manlift relieves. And that is exactly why you don’t have to worry about the maintenance of machines yourself. When your equipment is due for annual inspections, Manlift will contact you. Should any unexpected malfunctions occur in between two inspections, you can contact a technician 24 hours a day through Phone or email.
Maintenance contract
Manlift offers the possibility to outsource your equipment maintenance on a contract basis. Maintenance contracts can be tailored to your requirements and can include for example:
- Regular maintenance
- Safety inspections by TÜV, SGS or another certified inspection company
- Warranty on performed maintenance
- Optional on-site inspections
- Optional replacement equipment
Annual safety inspections
Manlift offers both long and short term maintenance contracts which includes:
Basic contract
The basic contract offers the minimal maintenance your machine needs. As a minimum it will get a full inspection. In addition an annual mandatory inspection will be carried out by an independent party.
Extended contract
The extended contract is a customized agreement which is drawn according to your wishes. This would for example make it possible to have your machines inspected several times a year and would enable you to choose for a replacing machine during the maintenance.
